• Born in Mexico City on September 18, 1946.
• College degree in Economy from the U.N.A.M. National Autonomous University of México, generation 1966-70.
• Masters Degree in Business Administration from I.T.E.S.M. Monterrey Technological Institute for Higher Education, 1980.
• Degree in Public Administration from C.I.C.A.P., 1982
• Consultant to the group of wood processing companies of Nacional Financiera. Consultant in the areas of Planning and Finance of a group of state owned companies vertically and horizontally integrated in the processing of the nation´s wood resources. 1980-82.
• Consultant Coordinator to the group of wood processing companies of Nacional Financiera. Coordinator of an interdisciplinary group that at staff level colaborated in the development of Grupo Maderero Nafinsa. 1983..
• Administrative Manager for Adhesivos S.A. de C.V., company dedicated to the manufacture of petrochemical products Formaldehyde, Hexamethylenetetramine, Paraformaldehyde, Ureic Resins and Phenolic Resins. Responsible in the areas of Management, Finance, Labor Relations and Marketing. 1984-1997.
