| For solutions containing 6% or more of methanol by volume, they can be transported in bottles, lined steel drums. For bulk, use stainless steel tanktrucks or railcars. If the formaldehyde concentration is above 37% heat must be provided to keep temperature above 40º C. to avoid polymerization. |
