Nemesis S.A. de C.V. was incorporated on October 9, 1974 with Act No. 1603, Volume 100 in the presence of Notary Public Rita Raquel Salgado Martínez in Zumpango, State of México, México, with an initial Social Capital of $2´500,000.00, for the manufacture of Formaldehyde and Hexamethylenetetramine.
Némesis´ petrochemical permit was published in the Diario Oficial de la Federación (Federal Register of México) on February 13, 1995 for the manufacture of 6,000 tons./year of Formaldehyde 37% base and 1,500 tons./year of Hexamethylenetetramine.
On March 30, 1997 the DOF published an extension to the original petrochemical permit of Némesis S.A. de C.V. to 20,000 tons/year of Formaldehyde base 37% and 5,000 tons./year of Hexamethylenetetramine.
